The location of your pain tells us a lot about what's actually driving it. Here are the four most common patterns we see — see if you recognize yours.
Patellofemoral pain / "runner's knee." Worse going up or down stairs, after sitting too long, or during squats. The most commonly misdiagnosed knee pain we see.
